business data backup

What if you lost your data tomorrow?

We provide business data backup and recovery for businesses in Pahrump and surrounding communities. Your files are encrypted and backed up at your office, in the cloud, or both, we keep several versions of each one, and we can restore one file or a whole PC.

The risk is real

Could your business keep running without its files?

Think about your customer records, your invoices, your photos and your paperwork. Then think about how any of it could disappear.

/01

Hard drives fail

Every drive wears out eventually, usually without warning.

/02

Laptops get stolen

A bag left in a car, and the only copy of your work is gone.

/03

Ransomware happens

Criminals lock your files and demand money to give them back.

/04

Someone deletes the wrong folder

It takes one click, and often nobody notices for days.

Business continuity

Losing data costs more than the files.

When your files are gone, work stops. You cannot send invoices, look up a customer or finish the job you promised. Every day spent rebuilding is a day without income, and some businesses never get going again.

Then there is your reputation. Customers trust you to keep their details safe and to deliver on time. Telling them their records are lost, or in the hands of criminals, is a conversation no owner wants to have.

Having a backup is not the same as being able to restore one. Drives wear out, and criminals now go after the backups first. That is why we encrypt your copies, keep several versions and test that they restore. A tested backup turns a disaster into a bad day.

What you get

Backups you can actually restore from.

Backup is only worth having if getting your files back is quick and certain. That is what we build for. It pairs well with our managed IT and cybersecurity services.

/01

Encrypted

Your files are locked before they leave your computer and stay locked in storage. Without the key, a stolen backup is unreadable.

/02

Many versions

Looking for last Wednesday's version of a file? We keep several versions of every file, not just the latest one.

/03

Your choice of location

Keep backups at your office, in the cloud, or both. With both, one disaster cannot take your files and your backup together.

/04

Watched and tested

We monitor every backup and test restores, so one file, a folder or a whole PC comes back when you need it.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I back up my business computers?

Have us set up automatic backups so nobody has to remember. Copies are kept at your office, in the cloud, or both, depending on what you choose, and we watch them to make sure they keep running.

Are my backups safe from prying eyes?

Yes. Your files are encrypted, which means they are scrambled so only someone with the key can read them. They stay encrypted while they travel over the internet and while they sit in storage, wherever they are kept.

How do I recover a deleted or older version of a file?

Call us. Our backup system keeps several versions of every file, so we can bring back the copy from yesterday, last Wednesday, or before the file was changed, deleted or locked by ransomware.

What is the difference between on-site and cloud backup?

An on-site backup is kept at your office, so restoring is fast. A cloud backup is kept somewhere else, so a fire, theft or flood at your office cannot destroy it. You can choose one or both, and we will help you decide what makes sense for your business.

How often should a business back up its data?

Often enough that losing everything since the last backup would not hurt. For most businesses that means every day at least. We agree the right schedule with you.

Can you restore a whole PC after it fails?

Yes. We can restore an entire PC onto a repaired or replacement computer, including your files and settings, so your staff are back to work without starting from scratch.
